The area is very secure and close to all amenities such as schools, shops and public transport. A prayer facility for muslims is located on the property. This house is ideal for someone who has a medium to large family.
The entrance inter leads to a carpeted lounge and dining room which is fairly sized and has kitchen units installed also inter leading to the passage accessing the front entrance and a bedroom and 2 x 1/2 communal bathrooms a further 4 rooms are connected to the passage and 2 of which are ensuited. All the rooms have built in cupboards and are carpeted allowing extra comfort.
